LESCO is a woman owned enterprise. Throughout our history, we have been able to integrate the ability to combine complex solutions that require substantial resources and acumen with the original integrity-driven values of our founders.

Incorporated in 1975, LESCO performed custom exterior repairs on large, unique, and historical buildings. For over three decades, we have provided diverse state-of-the-art solutions for water intrusion, historical renovations, and many one-of-a-kind exterior challenges.

In 1984, LESCO expanded to provide solutions to routine maintenance and interior issues for our existing customers. Since many of our “exterior” customers were banks, colleges, power generating stations, and similar entities, we recognized the need for professional interior services performed in a way that least impacted the operation of the facility.

As we grew, we embraced new technologies that made LESCO unique in construction service delivery and added a Help Desk in 1989.  This addition made us an industry leader in compiling and analyzing data to provide budget projections and predictive maintenance.

The Help Desk, and other strategies, led to the rapid expansion of our “interior” component, and we have now grown to service more than 5,000 buildings.
